If your purchase includes a payment and you scanned your loyalty QR then your points should have been added to your account. Please contact the support team at app@blacksheepcoffee.us
I had an issue with my order, can I request a refund?
Please request a refund when in store or by contacting the support team at app@blacksheepcoffee.us.
How can I register for student discount?
We do not currently offer student discount via the app. Please proceed to a register where one of our team will request your student ID For 20% off. Don't worry you can scan your loyalty with them so you still earn points from your order!
